  • Our learning model is built on coaching principles and skills that will be invaluable for your career, your organization, and every area of life.

  • Our certificate training program is delivered through twice weekly sessions, 45 minutes each.

  • They are currently scheduled for Tuesday and Thursdays at time slots that work across 12 global time zones. (More information on the application form in the link)

  • We have also included the opportunity for students to book one on one sessions with one of our coaches for enhanced learning and development during your time with us.

Our course is skillfully balanced with live experiential learning workshops and recorded teaching sessions.

Through your live sessions, you will be partnered up with other students and learn how to use coaching to build connection. With the guidance of our coaching instructors, you will experiment with how to use the Four Step model for conversations.

Times like this build a connection and community that is supportive and grows together. Through how our course is delivered, you will have many opportunities to get to know the other people in the course and learn from each other, as well.

  • This course is a good fit for people looking to gain leadership skills and learn how to coach, all from a highly qualified teaching team. Many of our students take our courses to build their career, to help build their team building skills for their role at work, as well as to launch into coaching and mentoring roles.

  • Yes! We are committed to your success and want to help make this valuable training as accessible as possible.

    If you need to split your payment into 2, or even 3, payments, we can help make that possible. Please contact us to set up payment plans.

  • Once you have registered, you will hear back from us with a calendar link to book your exclusive one on one session and how to to prepare for it.

  • We understand that life happens and that it may not be possible for you to be in every live session. This is why our Tuesday teaching sessions are fully recorded and accessible inside the course portal after each session. If you miss the Tuesday session, or if you want to review it, it’s available for up to one year later.

    Our Thursday sessions are our live practice sessions. During this 45-60 minutes, you will be putting your skills and leadership education into practice with our mentorship and with each other. These sessions are (understandably) necessary for us to be able to grant a certificate of completion for you. We allow for one missed session during the 8 weeks, but if there are any further considerations you will be needing, we ask that you communicate with us so we can ensure you receive the level of training and class time that we are committed to training you with. 

  • If your company offers a budget for professional development and education, then it is quite possible you can get them to sponsor this certificate program. We have many students that have been sponsored by their companies and organizations to take our training. However, please note, that it is your responsibility to figure that out ahead of time, as we will still need confirmation of payment / commitment in order for you to start with our cohort on May 7th, 2024. 

  • Yes, if you have fulfilled all of the learning requirements for this program, you will get a certificate of completion from Whole Human Coaching for this particular course, with reference to the skills you have obtained during your time with us.
